(1)Fleet management system, service reporting and notificatons :  Facilitate better and easier procedures on preventive service works on fleet of vehicles, eliminate overdue showing at the service spots
(2)Telematics on fleet of vehicles : Minimize over speeding violations with company cars
(3)H&S system and tacograph procedure implementations, seminars, education, training: Improve employee’s health & safety and grow awareness and culture. Improve professional drivers’ use of tachographs and educate them accordingly. Organize specific and  targeted road safety seminars on an annual basis for employees
(4)Road safety related information posted on intranet, sent by email and printed on group magazine’s article : Grow road awareness and inform employees, partners, and people in general about road safety issues
(5)Active participation  of co-ordination team at congresses, seminars, discussions, debates and other road safety events. Support of road safety events (products, grants, volunteers)  : Further education, spread of knowledge and awareness, share concerns with other stakeholders

How did you disseminate/are you disseminating results or how did you promote/are you promoting your initiative? 
Initiatives are mainly publicised among employees and partners using e-mails, organization intranet and group magazine, among local stakeholders with specific presentations during events, and among the people with the group magazine and the support of events (e.g. European Night Without Accidents etc)
How did you evaluate/are you evaluating the success of your action? 
Most of the implementations and initiatives were evaluated quantitatively:• Over 90% reduction of over speeding among company vehicles with telematics system notifications application (measured)• Nearly 80% reduction on delayed preventive service works among company vehicles with fleet system notifications application (measured)• Reduction of non-conformity letters to employees for tachograph procedure neglections with tachograph procedure implementation (measured as letters issued or neglections per letter etc)• Reduction of road incidents in general among company vehicles (measured as claims per year for periods before or after some of the above implementations)• Reduction of injuries from road incidents with company vehicles (as recorded in the h&s system incidents register)
