If you work together with external partners, list the most important partners and briefly describe their role.
Volunteers:We work through our volunteers who take up different roles as per their field of expertise.
What problem did you address/are you addressing?
We all know that Children try and copy their parents behaviour in almost all aspects and same is the case in driving and when they are on road,in India almost all children learn road safety from their parents when they are travelling with them as formal road safety training is not taught to children as per part of the syllabus in the schools,so we establish Road safety Clubs(RSC) in schools and empower the members of the RSCs and make them aware regarding Road safety Rules and issues,The RSC members use our innovative Tool Patiala Foundation Children challan Book(PFCCB) and distribute to the students of class fourth and fifth which they use as an empowerment tool to challan the parents when they are travelling with them for any failure in adhering to Road Safety rule and then analyse the summarised report at the end of the month and the members speak with the parents for modification their behaviour and request them to be more responsible towards road safety.
What are your objectives?
we are using this tool to collect data and analyse it for behaviour change

Is there a plan for continuing these activities in the coming years?
Yes we intend to replicate this in the entire country INDIA because the problem of behaviour of parents being irresponsible towards road safety is common in the country and we seek partnerships with other like minded NGOs working in the field of Road safety to take this innocative tool and use

How did you evaluate/are you evaluating the success of your action?
We collate the data recieved and our research volunteers are studying the same to publish reports which we can use and distribute amongst the community and can use this Data received as an Evidence to substantiate the fact that we are advocating and work to change the same for the beteerment of all.We are still in the process of the same.We are collaborating with other institutes for external evaluation also.
Who carried/carries out the evaluation activities?
When did/will you carry out the evaluation?

Please list the indicators you use to measure success
The number of violations reported in the first month by the parent was reduced in the second month and thereafter which was an indication of change in behaviour of the parents
The data collection sheet in the PFCCB helped us assess the safe School Zones as per the need of safer road infrastructure as pointed/observed by the children of the school which we took up as an evidence and advocated to the administration to adopt
Please describe the evaluation tools you use (i.e. surveys, interviews, focus groups, etc.)
