TRACE is an association based in Barcelona comprising families and individuals affected by traumatic brain injury and acquired brain injury. Its main objective is to improve the quality of life of its members (through social, employment and educational integration).

We will undertake information, awareness and civic behaviour actions. We will also take advantage of these actions to inform people about the causes and effects of acquired brain injury, and its impact on the lives of those affected and their families.

 

Five talks will be given in association with the Barcelona Traffic Police as part of the penalty cancellation programme. We will also participate in the RACC points-based licence programme and 11 talks at the Instituto Guttmann, as well as give five presentations at social integration schools.

 

In addition, we will take part in the alternative penalty programme run by the Department of Justice, acting on behalf of people who have committed traffic offences and participate in our association as volunteers for the benefit of the community.

 

We will work with the company Ambtwo on high visibility products to avoid crashes.
