Cyclists are entitled to road space as much as cars, vans, goods vehicles or indeed any other vehicle on the road. This commercial aims to educate drivers on sharing the roads safely with cyclists, and motorists' responsibility to cyclists as vulnerable road users.

The Irish Road Victims Association is made up of those affected by road traffic collisions, the bereaved, injured, their relations, colleagues and friends. The association is based in Mullingar, Ireland People with a genuine interest in road safety matters and in road crash prevention and in improving the provision of support services and information for Road Traffic Victims and their families are also encouraged and most welcome within our Group. The Mayo Road Safety Working Group is an interagency group with the aim to reduce the numbers and severity of road traffic collisions in Mayo. The issues as highlighted above are that the quality of driving on Irish roads is poor. Lack of observation of speed and mobile use laws is identified as major contributory factors in road deaths.
The RTP will use appropriate training expertise for its drivers, staff and users in support of its commitment to the Charter.
Additionally information and safety aids will be given to the users of the services overtime.

Vantastic is a Not for Profit Irish Charity that offers a Transport Service to people with disabilities and ageing & older people 65+ with mobility impairments in Dublin. Vantastic does this by providing a Door-to-Door demand responsive transport in specially converted vehicles, Self Hire Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles and Shop Route service in an operating fleet of thirty specially converted vehicles. Vantastic is operating as a membership based organisation, managed by its own Voluntary Board of Directors who employ a total of 37 staff.

IAM is part of the Institute of Advanced Motorists, the UK Road Safety Charity dedicated to raising driving standards and reducing the number of accidents that occur on our roads. Membership of the IAM in Ireland stands at more than 4,500.
