What problem did you address/are you addressing? 
In the techniques and technology of road traffic, the intention is to apply technical innovation, a vehicle with a front stop light . The intention is to improve low and unstable level of communication of all active participants in traffic. It is expected to increase interaction and ensure higher safety level.
What are your objectives? 
Application of the car with the front stop light improves interaction and reduces the number of possible road accidents-incidents, and thus has the overall social impact.
A vehicle with a front stop light as technical and technological novelty requests:
- new product - console brake lights and turn signal
- interaction by changing silhouettes of vehicles on both sides, especially on the front side
- bringing new and higher safety parameters for analysis
- brings a new way of traffic regulation

Further activities should be wider evaluation of the project and the legislative implementation of ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems).
Thus, wider professional debate about the project value is expected, with minimal intervention, changing the legal framework as a condition for project implementation.
Allow me, this is an open call for road traffic experts, physics, medicine and other experts, to analyse my 10 valuations and result from my previous expert work, in context of road traffic technology.
0.    The higer level of interaction of all active traffic participants
1.    The better perceiving of turn signal on facade on the vehicle
1.1. The better perceiving of rear turn signal on the vehicle
2.     The better perceiving of rear stop lamp signal on the vehicle
2.1. The better perceiving of front stop lamp of vehicle
3.    The better and safer information signal about condition on road   junction, road curve, concave-convex curve
4.   The better warning at rest, at standstill, in the movement
5.   The better and larger help in traffic regulation
6.   The better and wider usefulness of traffic analysis: dynamics, statics, accidents      
7.   All presented calculations are observed through the efficiency and null hypotheses, as the valid argument, is verified.

How did you disseminate/are you disseminating results or how did you promote/are you promoting your initiative? 
The idea of the project described below is from 2003, professional work was published in the conference ZIRP, KOREMA 2006, Automation in traffic. Further expert elaboration resulted in even more extensive papers, a series of contacts with relevant institutions and individuals in Croatian Government, Ministry of Maritime Affairs, Transport and Infrastructure, Ministry of the Interior, State Office for Metrology, State Intellectual Property Office Croatia, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Naval Architecture, Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences, TheVehicle Center of Croatia, Relevant Institutions from EU – UN ECE.
How did you evaluate/are you evaluating the success of your action? 
Five experts were asked to get involved in the work evaluation, to professionally process materials so the project could be prepared and transfered to UN ECE level. Of course, we have encountered problems of funds to monitor and work on project. Project is currently at a standstill.Project HRWATT requires an intellectual effort of experts, a new implementation method, and a new detail in the ITS (Intelligent Transport System) with already prepared materials.
